Bridging Research and Practice: Hospitality Innovation in Action
This theme reflects the growing need to connect academic research with practical applications across hospitality, tourism, and related industries. As emerging technologies such as Generative AI, service robots, automation, immersive digital environments, and data analytics continue to transform service delivery, collaboration between scholars and practitioners is essential to ensure that innovation is both evidence-based and operationally effective.
“Bridging Research and Practice” emphasizes translating scholarly insights into real-world impact. It encourages researchers to address industry challenges while empowering practitioners to adopt innovative strategies supported by empirical evidence.
“Hospitality Innovation in Action” highlights the dynamic and applied nature of the conference. We welcome research, case studies, pilot projects, and industry initiatives that demonstrate how innovative ideas can enhance organizational performance, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the guest experience.
